The Colour the Smell and the Turbidity of Omaru Creek.

I am going to test this by:

Comparing different water samples and discovering the Colour and the Smell of it.

Resources and equipment:

For this activity we needed Four buckets and a jug to collect the water.

Smell:

I think this because:

Smell	Prediction	Observation
Sea water would smell.	Yucky, Smelly and SaltWater Fishy.	And it tured out to smell like Saltwater and Fish.
Tap water	Fresh and Clean.	And it was. It was clear and fresh and I felt like Drinking it.
Water by culvert	Car Fuel, Gas	Suspended Solids
Water by bridge	Oxegyn Weed, Root Plants.	Rotten Plants

Sea water	Very clear.	You can see all the font from 9 to 40
Tap water	Very Clear.	Can see al the font on the paper
Omaru Creek water by culvert	Little bit clear	Only can see font 14 24 and 40.
Omaru Creek water by bridge	Little bit clear.	Only can see font 14.

Lake Water

Not Clear at all ,  Can’t see anything.

My conclusion (what I found out):

I was really surprised to find out that the water sample that we took from Omaru Creek, near the culvert change overnight. When we first went there the water was really really dirty, but when we came back for more it became a bit more cleaner.
